The prices are valid for the specified period and number of persons. As required by Italian law, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.

Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required. Only reservations confirmed in writing by us are considered binding.
For cancellations up to 91 days before arrival, there are no costs. The deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations from 90 to 15 days before the arrival date, we charge 30% of the booked services. The deposit will not be refunded.
In case of short-term cancellation, starting from 14 days before the arrival date, late arrival, or early departure, all booked days and services will be charged.
For any unforeseen events, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

Payment Options

The deposit ("caparra confirmatoria") can be paid by bank transfer. The bank details of Il Nazionale are:

The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival. This can be paid by bank transfer, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), debit card, or in cash (up to a maximum of €4,999).

Tourist Tax

Currently, no tourist tax is applied in the Municipality of Vernante.

Pets

We accept pets upon request and for a fee of € 10 per day.

Check-in and Check-out

The rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us with a brief phone call.
