Important information

Your stay at il Nazionale

  • Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, it’s no problem – you can leave your luggage in our storage. If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we kindly ask that you notify us by phone.
  • The Wellness Center is open from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (limited access for children from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM). To ensure greater tranquility, access to the wellness center will be divided into 3 bookable time slots (3:00 PM - 4:50 PM, 5:00 PM - 6:50 PM, 7:00 PM - 8:50 PM). During these times, each room will have the chance to enjoy 2 hours of various services. You will find bathrobes and slippers in your room, and towels are provided in the wellness center.
  • The courtesy set in the room consists of natural, eco-friendly products in 500ml sizes to reduce single-use plastic. You will find soap, body cream, and shampoo.
  • In the afternoon, tea will be served on the terrace from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  • Breakfast will be served on our terrace from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
  • Check-out is required by 11:00 AM.

Cancellation terms

It can always happen that a stroke of bad luck prevents you from embarking on your well-deserved vacation, which is precisely why it is important to know our cancellation terms:

  • 15 Days before arrival: free cancellation
  • From 14 days, or less, before arrival: You will be charged 100% of the reservation cost
